The problem
Most local businesses and nonprofits don't have time or budget to evaluate their digital presence — so small fixes that could drive bookings, donations, or repeat customers go unnoticed. Digital Lift reports only use publicly available information such as websites, public social media, event pages, donation/volunteer pages, contact flows, and public-facing communication. No confidential client, donor, financial, or internal data is required.

- 02Review public-facing systems: website, inquiry flow, booking/signup, reviews, social, follow-up, events, donor/volunteer pages
- 03Write a custom report with prioritized, concrete recommendations
- 04Deliver for free — collect testimonials and offer optional implementation follow-up
